Edit MS Allied Comments

* Do not use Internet Explorer for Macintosh to access the Comment Manager.
** Sessions timeout after 60 minutes of web inactivity. Please click Submit to save your work if you plan to write for longer than 60 minutes.
*** Global and additional comments can be no longer than 20 lines.

1. Click on the Edit Comments link above.

2. Enter your Username and Password and click Login.

3. Select a Course and click Perform Find.

4. Click the field you want to edit.

5. Enter your Global Comments and your Comments for that student.
** Your Global Comment changes will affect the entire section.

6. Click the Submit link.

7. Click the Next link (shown below) to find the next student in that section.
**** Click on the magnifying glass to edit students in another section.

Edit US Grades

* Do not use Internet Explorer for Macintosh to access the Grade Manager.
** Grade + signs disappear for a course if you re-enter edit mode after the grades have been entered.

1. Click on the Edit Grades link above.

2. Enter your Username and Password and click OK.

3. Select your Teacher Name and click Perform Find.

4. Click the field you want to edit.

5. Enter your Grades for that section.

7. Click the Submit link.

8. Click the Next link (shown below) to find the next section.
